Product Details: Vertical Vacuum Nitrogen Flushing & Sealing Machine is suitable for increasing the shelf-life of products such as Chips, Dry Fruits, Powder, Snack food, Rice, Cheese, Sweets etc.

• Any type of preformed laminated pouch (Three/ four side/ center seal/ Stand up/ Zipper etc) is used on this machine.
• Timer controlled all operations (Vacuum, Nitrogen and Sealing).
• Adjustable pouch support for different pouch lengths (up to 30").
• Pouch holding is in vertical position.
• Sealer length - 600 mm.
• Sealing type- male female linings in heat type two jaws.
• Pouch holding by silicon rubber to avoid wastage of Nitrogen.

This energy efficient Continuous Band Sealer requires 220v/50 Hz voltage and 650W power to operate. This machine can maintain 8 mm to 10mm sealing width and its sealing speed is 0 to 12 m/minute. This 37 kg Continuous Band Sealer consists of conveyor that has 840 x 153 mm dimension, sealing center and conveying table. This machine maintains 15 mm to 270 mm distance from its conveying table to sealing center. Overall and single conveyor loading capacity of this machine is 3kg and 1 kg respectively. High automation degree, long working life, low maintenance cost and accurate dimension are the key aspects of this sealing equipment.

 

Technical Specification

• This Four Head Automatic Filling Machine for Liquid Filling is built with Stainless Steel and SS304 materials where the Liquid comes in contact while filling. Also this machine fills Bottles with speed of 40 Bottles per minute. Output of the bottles is depend on the nature of Liquids, Bottle Diameter, Bottle Height, Bottle Neck Size, and Fill Volume. This Filling Machine comes with Optional Turn Tables at In-feed and Out-feed with individual drives to match the speed of incoming and outgoing Bottles for smoother operation.
